We still need more participants
We still need more participants in order for the results to be as representative as possible. We would love for all of you to give us your input. To that end, we are sending out the tokens again. If you already took the survey, thank you. If you haven’t, please do take a few minutes to do so. We want input from both parents or guardians. If you are receiving one token between you and your spouse, please email Bonnie Schoberth to get another token number at bschoberth@lla.org.
Below is the information you need to take the survey. Altogether there are about 15 to 35 questions, depending on how closely you are related to the school and how you answer certain questions.
Remember, your token allows you to take the survey but your name will not be associated with the survey without your permission. You can remain entirely anonymous. If you have any questions, please call me at (909) 796-0161 ext. 3321.
Thank you to those of you who completed the survey. As indicated, we promised an “iPad” to one person who sent in the survey by November 9. We are happy to announce that Karla Chuquimia is the winner!
We will give a Kindle to another lucky participant who returned the survey by the end of the 2012.
