Admissions Letter 1 - February 2

Dear Parents/Guardians,

This year, we are making it easier for you to re-enroll your student. You will not need to fill out a new application. Instead, you will be issued a simple electronic contract to sign. The contract is helpful for us, because it tells us your intent to attend for the 2018-19 school year. If you have multiple children attending LLA, you will simply submit one contract per student.

Only if you are enrolling a new student this year, will you need to complete an application. On February 8, we will send a detailed email with clear instructions on how to complete your new student’s application.

Attached to this letter is a printable Admissions Timeline for Returning Students. There are benefits for re-enrolling early! Please refer to the attached timeline to view important deadlines and see the benefits of early re-enrollment such as classroom placement and setting class schedules. Returning students will have priority over new applicants if returning student contracts are submitted by March 15, 2018.

We are happy to help if you have any questions.

RE: Tuition and Financial Aid Information for 2018-19

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Attached you will find tuition and comprehensive fees for the 2018-2019 school year. The rates reflect a 2% increase to keep with salary increases.

We do not want finances to be an obstacle for any child receiving a Christian education. If you are applying for financial aid, please allow up to three weeks for a decision, after your submission of all the required documents directly to Smart Aid.

Our goal is to make re-enrollment as seamless as possible for you. For returning students in grades TK-11, applications will no longer be required to reserve your place for next year. Instead, you can reserve your place by signing your contract. On March 1, you will receive an email that your contract is ready to sign and submit. Don’t miss the early-bird discount: The registration fee is $100 per child due upon submission of the contract if submitted by March 15 (after March 15 it increases to $175).

The first tuition payment for the 2018-2019 enrollment year will not be due until July 10.

Next Thursday, you will receive further instructions on how to re-enroll using a contract.
