Re-enrollment Letter 4 — February 27

Re-enrollment Opening Notification
Dear Parents/Guardians,

Re-enrollment opens THIS Sunday, March 1! The re-enrollment forms in myLLA will not be visible until Sunday morning. All forms can be completed online.

Steps to Re-enroll:
  1. Visit www.lla.org/returningstudents to view instructions and login to myLLA.
  2. Once logged in, click on the yellow bar at the top of your browser: “Forms to Complete” (forms will not be visible until Sunday, March 1).
  3. Complete and submit each form. All forms can be completed online within myLLA. The medical form will request information regarding allergies, medications, and consent to treat–this is not a student physical. The re-enrollment contract will request payment before submission.
  4. Once all of the re-enrollment forms are complete, your child will be considered re-enrolled! LLA will reserve your child’s seat with the contingency that you achieve health* and financial clearance by July 10, 2020. *Health clearance is only required for students re-enrolling into 7th and 10th grades
There are 4 required forms to complete (5 for elementary) which are all accessible from myLLA:
  • Emergency & Authorized Release Form
  • Medical Form
  • Profile Update Form
  • Re-enrollment Contract
  • Elementary Volunteer Form (Elementary only)
Frequently Asked Questions:

What if there are multiple households responsible for a student?
Students with two or more households may need to have a parent from each household login to complete re-enrollment forms. If there is split billing set-up for tuition, both parents will need to login to myLLA separately to sign the contract before it can be submitted.

What login information will I need to know?
You will need your myLLA and Smart Tuition login credentials. Your Smart Tuition username and password is required to access your contract. All re-enrolling families already have an existing Smart Tuition account. If you do not know your Smart Tuition login, you can reach the Smart Tuition Parent Help Center at 888-868-8828.

Who do I contact with questions?
You are always welcome to reach out to our Admissions Office. We are happy to help and if we can’t answer your question, we will connect you with the appropriate person to assist you.

Thank you for your diligence in completing these forms. I think you will find the process easier than prior years since we have moved all forms online. Please reach out if you have any questions.
