Orchestra Registration

Instructions

These are the steps to complete LLA Concert & Symphony Orchestras Registration:

    1. Submit the LLA Orchestras Registration Form online.
    2. Email admissions@lla.org with your child's physical exam (exam must be from January 1, 2019 or later).
    3. Email admissions@lla.org with your child's immunization record.
    4. Submit the $180 payment online.
